The Pink Palace Apartments (1)

The Pink Palace apartments, located in Ashland, Oregon, U.S.A.(movie), or an unknown location in England (book) is a dilapidated, drab Queen Anne style mansion renovated apartment complex; once a house for one family, divided into several apartments. The house is estimated to be 150 years old, according to Charlie Jones, which is the same age as the beldam is estimated to be.

Wyborne Lovat, the grandson of the Pink Palace Apartments' owner Mrs. Lovat, claims it is odd that the Jones family; Charlie and Mel and their only daughter Coraline, were allowed to reside as Mrs. Lovat had never rented its apartments to people with children before due to her twin sister disappearing while they lived there and possibly hearing about two other children disappearing while they lived there before them.
