@Xfinity has to be one of the worst companies I’ve had cable with! It’s already terrible you pay and arm and a leg for like 3 channels that play the same things but you also don’t care about your customers DURING COVID! I swear I wish it was another provider in my area...👎🏾

@KathleenSoprano W at is it about cable companies? I've never had Cox, but know they're bad. Comcast is the most-hated company in America, for excellent reasons. My city is rolling out their own broadband, looking forward to telling Comcast to GTFOH.

@Xfinity I stream on twitch and my stream has been inconsistently unstable for months. I stream with the recommended bitrate and resolution settings for my internet yet I constantly have issues dropping frames. Somedays it works. Somedays it’s awful.

@comcastcares My volatile connection is getting ridiculous. It's gotten to a point where I can't CS:GO (that use WAY less bandwidth then streaming) on my PC with a hard wire connection without MAJOR ping spikes and network issues. I'm gonna have to start calling other services

@comcastcares can someone help us? We’ve had Xfinity for years, moved yesterday and the internet was working fine, until it shut off around noon today. 3 separate calls to customer service and nobody seems to actually be moving forward with helping us, just the same questions
