The scheduling was easy. The lady in front desk was nice and approachable when I checked in. The staff are nice and friendly. I don’t Iike how Dr. Dieter Eppel checked my kid. His bedside manner is bad. There’s no instruction when he do a procedure( e.g checking the ear and mouth). My kid likes going to the doctor but he got scared with this doctor. Instead of instructing the kid to open his mouth, he pinched the cheek and not saying any word to the kid. He is unfocused. He asked the same questions for at least 3 times. Definitely not recommending him.

I went in yesterday for a swollen leg. The lady with the red hair, who checked me in, was amazing! She was so kind and understanding. Then the two MA's who (one was a trainee) took my vitals, and went over my meds, were very kind as well. The PA who saw me was outstanding!!! He really listened to me! Explained my condition in a way that I could understand. Even told me important ways I could help improve my health. With his referral, I know I will help with my condition. Overall really felt cared for !! This clinic is the best!!🙏❤️

I was able to get in right away, zero wait time. It was incredible! And I’m so thankful I did, turned out to be very serious, including a hospitalization. So happy I didn’t have to wait anywhere else. Definitely returning only here in the future.

While every other urgent care within 10 miles had 2-4 hour wait times, I was able to make two immediate back to back appointments for my kids. When car troubles set us back 15 minutes, I called ahead and was treated with kindness and compassion. Both Dr. An and the person who checked us in were warm, welcoming, and took the time to listen to and speak with my children and not only me about their symptoms. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them!

Called and was put on the waitlist fast, The staff was all so nice accommodating and apologetic for the wait (that they couldn’t control) . Dr Jack, was kind and attentive and even double checked his diagnosis. He was very sweet to my son and took the time to make sure everything would be ok. He was very informative and helpful. Such a great experience!

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circ*mstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

I hesitated all week about going to my local indigo, but with everyone in the household sick, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Taking two kids under three along made it even more daunting. Without an appointment, I opted for a walk-in and was the second person through the door. Surprisingly, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes of opening. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they were especially kind to my kids. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will likely be back sooner than later, given how toddlers tend to pick up every germ in sight. Stay well! And thanks again indigo star!! ⭐️

Easy check in, Quick wait, In N out Within an hour only because on I need blood work drawn. And my veins weren't given blood today. I just said no, but that's O k, usually it's less than 30 minutes in and out. Cut my paperwork supposed to go to a different clinic. So I can get scans done. And the one of the clinics that they recommended. I've already been to which is nice easy and convenient. And they told me that within 1 to 3 days. I should have results. Also I got a free bottle of water.Which was offered to me. While I was waiting to be seen in my room. Still wait easier than going to the e Still wait easier than going to the ER
